Our Facilities
Industry Space is comprised of 53,000-square-feet of "Incubator" industrial manufacturing space. We target the growth of small to medium Greater Seattle Area Manufacturers. To date Industry Space supports 26 industrial workspaces. Tenants share 10 overhead hoist systems, 2 forklifts, compressed air, a modern furnished conference room, kitchen, outdoor patio. In addition, shop tenants can rent stand alone offices in the business center.
Industry
Industry Space provides all of the industrial infrastructure essentials required to operate efficiently. Tenants have access to compressed air, forklifts, ample three phase power, and 10 overhead crane systems. All spaces are well lit with a combination of natural and LED lighting. Virtually no tenant improvements are required for most uses. Bring your toolbox and plug in your equipment - get to work.
Business Spaces
Our tenants enjoy access to our furnished modern conference room, break room and outdoor patio. Other tenant services include high speed internet, copy print center, stocked kitchenette, and access to various outdoor spaces.
